Crystaline Shards? - Guild Wars Forums

A few months ago, there was an auction on a rare material called a "Crystaline Shard" It was rumored by many to be a hoax, but when the auction ended, no one confirmed it's validity.

Has anyone heard anything about it since the auction?

They said the shards come from salvaging a crystalline sword...unless a "trustworthy" person posts proof I say BS as well.

I remember this auction. Would be interesting if people started salvaging their junk Crystallines to find out.

If you remember the thread, you might also remember the displaying the shards with inverted colours. It read "Glob of Ectopl..." or something. It was a hoax.

it was not true. Just some bored person with too much time in his hands and likes photoshop.,

Yeah several people stretched and transformed the image until they found the photoshop chops etc.
